As trusted business strategists, we have worked with predominantly women and minority owned firms for over 13 years. We have been responsible for guiding companies, ranging from sole owner micro-LLCs to mid-size enterprises that generate over 172 million dollars in annual revenue, to achieve a minimum of 6% increases in annual revenue through strategic planning and improving their business operations; typically in less than 12 months.

In 2023, we assisted a New Jersey based client in the professional services industry (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging Consulting) with securing a 5 year, $2.8M contract (about $576,000 per year). We assisted with contract negotiations, strategic planning and analysis which helped the client secure the contract.

In 2022, a Pennsylvania based client, who owns a grant writing firm, ended the fiscal year having raised over $5.5M for their clients. 2022 also closed out their first year in business! The rapid growth meant that our work with the client focused on change management and organizational development. We met with the firm’s full leadership team monthly to resolve organizational challenges, present detailed strategies and positioned them for the following successes:

• Receiving funding for equipment

• Fielding investors (impact investing) and creating a non-profit through which they intend to secure grants to fund the work they are doing

• Acquiring an average of 3 new premium clients per month

• Transitioning their entire team to W2 employees

• Expanding to an international company with international clients, team members and successfully securing international grants for their clients

In 2020, we began consulting with the City of Philadelphia’s ReBuild Program to educate women and minority owned construction industry firms on how to prepare for and secure government contracts, private clients, and manage human resource objectives.

Additionally, through strategic consulting, 100% of our clients successfully pivoted their firms to remain operational and profitable during the COVID-19 Pandemic and resulting stay at home orders.
