Please read this agreement, in its entirety, before registering for The Council - Membership Based Coaching Program. If you have any questions regarding the terms, feel free to contact us prior to registering. Your registration in the program indicates that you agree to the terms as indicated.

Confidentialtiy

Tiffany Gillespie and the client agree to keep the terms and agreements of this contract private. They also agree to not disclose the nature and/or cost of services rendered. All information pertaining to business affairs, finances, and documentation discussed in person, via phone, or electronic communication is protected under this agreement.

I will not disclose your identity as a client, share identifiable information with others, or disclose the contents of our calls or meetings without prior approval. You are at liberty to share the information that you gather from our time together as you see fit.

As a member of the “The Council” you are making this same vow of confidentiality to all other members of your cohort. Both before and during the term of this agreement, you may have access to and become acquainted with confidential and proprietary information (together Proprietary Information), including but not limited to information or plans concerning my company, or other Council members’ companies, products and technologies; customer relationships; personnel; sales, marketing and financial operations and methods; trade secrets; formulae and secret developments and inventions; processes; and other compilations of information, records, and specifications. You will not disclose any of the Proprietary Information directly or indirectly, or use it in any way, either during the terms pursuant to this Agreement or at any time thereafter. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Proprietary Information does not include information that is otherwise publicly known or available, provided it has not become public as a result of a breach of this Agreement or any other agreement that we have in order to keep information confidential. It is not a breach of this Agreement for you to disclose Proprietary Information pursuant to an order of a court or other governmental or legal body.

Your commitment

To get the best results, it is important that you start and continue through this process with an open mind and honesty. As a consulting client, I am available to you. All communications will be answered within 1 – 2 business days. Please note my business hours below:

• Sunday – Closed

• Monday - 11:00am - 9:00pm

• Tuesday – Closed

• Wednesday - 11:00am - 9:00pm

• Thursday – Closed

• Friday – 11:00am until 9:00pm

• Saturday - 10:00am until 8:00pm

The commitment that you are making is not only a commitment to your business, to me, to the other Council members, but most importantly to yourself and your future. Therefore, you are agreeing to commit to the entirety of the membership time wise and financially. Your membership automatically renews unless the auto-renew is stopped at least 7 days before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal on the day indicated in your payment plan. Stepping into the next level will require nothing less than your total dedication and commitment.  

Should ANY issue or problem arise, please be prompt in contacting me so that all issues or problems can be addressed effectively and efficiently. If, after every reasonable attempt has been made to rectify the issue, you are unsatisfied with the service given, you can elect to cancel your program.

If I feel that you are not committed to your program, see that you do not complete the required assignments and lack overall motivation to take corrective action, I may delay or terminate your program.

Please note that services begin to be rendered from the date of registration and every month thereafter in preparation for each session. Our only desire is to produce successful clients who then go on to help others and excel in their industry. Anything less than this will not be accepted.

non-compete covenant

The Client agrees that at no time during the term of this agreement, and for a period of 1 year after the completion of their program, with Tiffany Gillespie and The Purpose Seekers Academy will they engage in developing or launching a consulting or consulting firm, offer consulting or consulting services for profit, or similar company/service which is competitive with Tiffany Gillespie, T3 Diversity Solutions, and/or The Six Figure Society.

At no point, in any length of time, will they utilize copyrighted material that is the property of  Tiffany Gillespie, T3 Diversity Solutions, and/or The Six Figure Society to launch, create, build or grow an advisory firm or service of any type. Please note that violations of copyright are punishable by law.
